Examples are Term Policies, Whole Life Insurances, Cash back Insurances and general insurances.
As insurances can get pretty expensive at times, I am sure you want to get the best rates and save money on insurance premium. Do get quotes and ask around~!
Beside the general insurances for the individual, there are also insurances for companies, such as Corporate Insurance Plans for Employers and Employee Benefit Package, and key personnel of the companies. Hee. Hope I can reach the position of a key personnel of a company and the company will buy such insurance for me~!

R4 technically legal and Nintendo is giving up the fight
Well, finally R4 and other such 'piracy enabling devices' are recognised as legal devices, though it can be used for illegal purposes such as piracy. See the news here.
A lot of devices are also 'piracy enabling devices', such as your photocopy machine, the CD/DVD writer on your PC right now. They are legal tools but once used inappropriately, they turn illegal.
The recent SLS raid in which a few shops have their R4 or other carts seized along with pirated games. After the R4 has been used as evidence, they should be returned as they are not the offending materials.
Waiting for an official announcement from Nintendo to settle the issue.

So is Arsenal an english team or not?
The current premier league features a dominance of a "Top 4" teams. Even though the league is played in England and belongs to the English but how English are the teams are.
Out of the 4 clubs, less than half of their first XI are Englishman.
Manchester United and Liverpool are owned by US owners while Chelsea is owned by a Russian. Only Arsenal is still in the hands of Englishmen and their fans.
When Arsenal won beautifully in Europe, the British media proudly claims an English team made it good. When England loses, the media will claim that its failure is due to international team like Arsenal causing it to fail.
So who is actually an English team when the owners are not even an Englishman and half the squad is not an Englishman also?

R4 Spring broke
Finally, the R4 spring broke. Initially thought it was not broken but maybe the catch or something is not catching it. After reading up on broken springs for R4, yap, that is the end result of a broken spring.
I din exactly take the spring out but only lift the tab up and try to find the black plastic piece as mentioned. Din managed to do it but hey, the spring is fixed or at least it is not ejecting my micro sd card out.

Spanish affair
Always wanted to go Europe for a long vacation as there are many countries to visit and lots of places / things to discover.
Besides England, due to soccer interest, one of the places in Europe I like to visit is Spain.
There are many places of interest such as Torre de Bujaco, Muralla de Avila, Sagrada Familia, La Boqueria, Gothic quarter, etc. More information can be found here and here.
Thought the links can help you with many information, seems to lack information on hotels etc. You can check out this site to help you find a place and decide your lodgings.
If you are a soccer fan, you can go to Real Madrid's and Barcelona's stadium, Santiago Bernabéu and Camp Nou. And I doubt there will be tour packages for visits to the various stadiums so you need your lodgings for Madrid and Barcelona.
For something more cultural, there is also Prado museum, botanical gardens, royal palace to visit. More info here also.
Once I finally get my chance to go there, I will post more pics here~!

New handheld console~!
Yeah, I bought a new console.
Yes Yes Yes. I am neglecting my ps2 but I will come to it eventually.
So guess what I just bought? Hee. Bought a Crimson Black NDSL with R4 / 1GB micro SD card.
Bought a package from qisahn, the package is the NDSL / R4 / 1GB micro SD card / Crystal Case / 3 months warrenty / Spare Stylus / Screen protector at the grand total of $325. We went down to IOI Plaza to his shop and Dear Dear accompany me. It was a bit out of the way and due to not so smooth service, caused Dear Dear to wait a bit for me.
Had some trouble initially due to the kernel not updated then the card reader given with R4 is not working well. Made another trip down with Dear Dear to qisahn and the card reader works! After that, the card reader can be used already~! Weird hor. Rather troublesome to travel down again but Dear Dear was fine with coming along with me. We then went down to Poolfusion to play pool. Haha, we are really rusty at the game already~!
Been playing some games such as Elite Beat Agents (I totally sux at this), the original Jap feature better songs though, Trauma Center : Under the Knife and Phoenix Wright : Ace Attorney. Enjoying them totally~!
